Where is my madden 27 game
I own the mvp bundle and my madden 27 game is not in my xbox library I'm starting to stress out I spend my money on things I expect the game to be there

I also purchased the MVP bundle and it is now the 10th and past 2pm EST so why can I still not download the game? If I can’t download until the full release date is there a way to receive compensation for them not holding up their side of the bargain when I pre ordered?

Community ManagerOldManTexas869 If you have the Bundle purchase itself, you should be able to get in now. Compensation is not handled by us in any way. Which platform did you pre-order it on?
I figured it out. On the PlayStation 5 if you get on the app on your phone it will allow you to download from there. It will not allow you to download from the store for some reason though.
