Why aren't offensive line abilities activating on play action pass plays?

One of the reasons why play action pass pro is so bad is that superstar o lineman (who should be included in X factors btw) don't play like superstars on play action pass plays.

Meanwhile superstar pass rushers have their abilities flashing all over the place. What gives???
