Why is EA so evil and will not do anything to fix my game or reimburse me

I I purchased Madden 27 deluxe version to prepay and extra content once the game dropped I started getting glitches where random premium pass tracks rewards was randomly locked keeping me from getting them even had to repurchase it and was never reimbursed it happened again in the second season but the main problem is every single premium reward from every single event and level achieved I did not receive any of those rewards all of them has been locked out my regular premium pass track is started doing correctly and they are unlocking but the rewards tied to the events I have not received one since the game came out think of that every single event and every single level gives you a premium reward I have not received any of them and I need to be reimbursed and I need EA to fix this problem so it does not keep occurring all year if there is anybody from EA please seek out my account please fix this problem for me because your advisors do nothing there's nothing they can do and I believe they are all Bots really real person from EA please reach out to me reimburse me for all of my premium award from every event and love or cheap and if you could have reimbursed me for my Madden points that was lost for double purchasing the premium pass and the Madden points that were lost that were premium Rewards I do not know what else to do this game is the only game I have ever had a problem with ever and it's driving me crazy it's the only one I play
