Constant crashing

All my EA games constantly crash. Madden 26 and 27, battlefields, NHls. All online support doesn’t work. This only occurs with EA games. No technician finds issues with my hardware. Can anyone point in direction of solution. This has me completely contemplating getting rid of Xbox and never playing EA games again. Wildly unacceptable support from all companies involved. I see countless forums with people with same issues and no solution. I need a human to help me. No more AI chat bots that guide me through useless FAQs
