Getting desync in mut, challenges, events.
I cannot even finish an event or challenges. I have cleared cookies, uninstalled the game, changed DNS numbers twice, and even changed my internet. I reset the game and modem and tried many other suggestions, but none worked. This has been going on for a while. I generated new lineups, nothing works. I have video evidence of Madden NFL 27 disconnecting me from EA servers during H2H Ranked games. I can’t attach it to my support case because EA Help says this issue isn’t supported by advisors. I’ve lost approximately 7–10 games, and I’ve already tried the recommended troubleshooting. I have had an issue all week when playing in my online franchise league where I start a game with my opponent and get kicked back to the start menu. Now today, some of my players aren't showing up in practice mode. The play art is there but the players aren't. Madden 27 Most Feared Trick or Treat Level 4 crashed during 1:30pm ET update on 10/22/26. When I attempt to start it, I receive an error “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” This was approximately four hours ago. All other content on Madden ultimate team works with no issues. I contacted EA Support who was unable to assist and redirected me to this public forum. Please investigate whether the crash left my level 4 session stick and whether sea can reset or repair it without deleting my progress. (cm edited title)Most feared glitch
I was playing madden most feared event and I was 9-1 and during my 10th game it kicked me out and said my connection has been lost the result from the game will not be recorded but it counted as a loss and because of that I lost 1000000 coins and 25000 candy I just feel like I was cheated and I’m frustrated My psn is Bakci_

I know I'm most likely wasting my time but does anyone know if there is a way to contact EA Sports regarding an accessibility issue. I tried using their silly little chatbot but it was beyond useless. I have searched their website from top to bottom looking for contact information and all I have found is the chatbot. I suppose it keeps them from having to deal with complaints or questions but I'm just wondering if there is a way to email or call them.Madden NFL 27 Superstar Bug Ruined My Season After Forced Trade
Hello EA Support, I'm contacting you to report a game-breaking bug in Madden NFL 27 Superstar mode on Xbox. During Week 5 of the regular season, I requested a trade from the Cleveland Browns to the New York Giants. I used my Superstar abilities to force the trade, and the game successfully showed that I was on the Giants. However, when I tried to play my next game, Madden continued pulling up the Browns' matchup and would not let me play. Every other menu showed that I was on the Giants, but the game itself still treated me as a Browns player. I tried restarting the game and troubleshooting the issue, but nothing worked. My only option was to simulate the entire regular season just to try to get past the bug. As a result, I had to sacrifice a whole season of my Superstar career because of a problem with the game. This is extremely frustrating, especially because the trade itself appeared to work correctly. I would like this issue investigated and escalated to the Madden development team. I would also like to know whether there is any way to recover my lost season or restore my original career progression. Platform: Xbox EA ID: geekaroniii Game mode: Superstar Issue: Forcing a trade from the Browns to the Giants caused the game to continue loading Browns matchups, preventing me from playing games. Please let me know if you need any additional information or evidence to investigate this issue. Thank you.
