Crashing disconnects

I don’t know what to do now I tried all the troubleshooting advice and still didn’t work my game crashes and get disconnected like 5 times a day now the game is unplayable these guys that are in charge likeEA_Aljo​ just say that they will “monitor the situation” but haven’t fixed anything he said that about 3 weeks ago still no fix I have a ton of photos of it happens randomly
