Crashing Issue

I’m posting about this again but this is insane. I cannot play more than 1-2 games or 3-4 solo challenges without my console crashing. It’s gotten so bad that I requested a refund through Xbox but they denied my request. They are making me keep a broken game that does not work. This is insane and needs to be fixed. All we’ve heard is that you know about the issue. You keep fixing other things but it’s pointless when I cannot even play a game. I fear this issue is also frying my Xbox from constantly overheating and trying to play. I paid $100 for the deluxe edition and now all the things I spent the points on are pointless. Please stop pumping out players and fix this issue that is effecting so many.
