Ea play trial loop

Hi EA Team,
I am completely locked in an endless EA Play Trial loop on Xbox Series X|S for EA SPORTS™ Madden Football 27.
Issue Details:
I own the MVP+ Bundle ("You own this" displays correctly in the Microsoft Store).
The trial prompt pops up immediately during the initial EA data sync before the main menu, and it continually pops up mid-session after every single match mode.
My standalone EA Play is disabled, but I have access to EA Play via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The store is glitching and trying to launch the EA Play trial entitlement instead of my retail bundle.
Troubleshooting Already Cleared with EA Help Support:
Full game reinstallation.
Xbox console cache reset ("Keep games & apps").
Cleared Alternate MAC address & Persistent Storage.
Updated Xbox data-sharing privacy settings to "Allow".
Reset EA Account password to force a server session wipe
