Franchise mode is still broken since launch!

This game is trash. The game crashes at the same point every season (right before the Super Bowl) and won't let me complete a season. I've started 4 different seasons, made it to the same point, and the game crashes, so now I have saves at the same crash point, and it won't allow me to move forward, making the game broken, and it's been this way since the beginning. At this point, a refund is needed, and I will not buy another Madden ever again, and I've played every Madden since 1990 on the Sega Genesis, PlayStation, Xbox, and now PC. I've been trying to fix it; I've watched so many videos nothing works. $70, and it was broken from day one. would be nice if you fixed your game (I'm not the only one, either). You just need to  check the Steam reviews
