game just shuts off

was just playing most feared against the computer, winning the game and all of a sudden it just shut off... why does this happen? it will now screw me up as i wont get credit for my 3rd win, and will push me back down to level 2... wtf is going on EA?  playing on PC

    i am getting dumped back to my desktop, can not find any button that says manage on the ea desktop app

    NMS-01​ 

    In the EA app, click on Manage and then Repair. This will check your game files for issues and can sometimes fix them. Give that a shot and let us know if it helps at all. Thanks, EA_Barry.

    Nah just takes you back to where you have to select ultimate team
