I haven’t finished a single game on Madden 27 - Keep disconnecting

Title says it all,

im still playing the EA play version of the game as im not going to spend money until this issue is fixed

i play online head to head. I’ve played maybe 30-40 games and haven’t finished a single one. Every single time I disconnect between the first and third quarter. It says I’ve lost connection but then returns me to the menu, and I’m still connected and able to search straight away

im given a loss every time for this “disconnection”

my internet is perfectly fine. I use Ethernet

please let me know if there’s anything I can do
