I preorder madden 27 mvp edition and didn’t receive anything

I have a questionEA_Shepard​  I preordered madden 27 mvp edition and downloaded the free trail , when I opened the game I did not receive my 4,600 points or anything that I was told I was going to have from the mvp bundle. But my friend received everything though from his bundle what do I do? I reset my game and redownloaded it and I see nothing .
