Issue with loading game

Hello EA Support,

I'm having an issue with Madden NFL Mobile. Every time I try to start a tournament match, the game gets stuck at 99% on the "Loading Audio" screen.

The main menu and other game features work normally, but I cannot start tournament matches.

I've already tried:

- Restarting the game and my phone

- Updating the game

- Clearing the app cache

- Force stopping the app

- Disabling in-game audio

Nothing has worked.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24+.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me resolve it? I'm unable to participate in tournaments because of this problem.
