Madden NFL 27 gets stuck loading forever into games on Intel Arc A750

Hi, I’m trying to help a friend get Madden NFL 27 running correctly on a recently set up PC. The game launches and the menus work, but when trying to load into an actual game, it can get stuck on the loading screen indefinitely.

PC specs:
Intel Core 5 CPU, up to 4.50 GHz
ASRock Intel Arc A750 8GB
32GB DDR5-6000 RAM
1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD
ASRock B760M-CX motherboard
Windows 11

Madden NFL 27 purchased through Steam
The PC was recently reset/reinstalled, and the Arc graphics driver that Windows initially installed was very old — somewhere in the 6000-series. We updated it to the current Intel Arc driver, version 32.0.101.9034, and Madden actually started working properly afterward. However, the infinite-loading issue returned a day later even though the driver is still showing as 9034.

We have checked the BIOS settings required for Intel Arc:
CSM: Disabled
Above 4G Decoding: Enabled
C.A.M./Resizable BAR: Enabled

We have also tried:
-Updating to the latest Intel Arc A750 driver
-Restarting the PC after the driver installation
-Confirming ReBAR/C.A.M. is enabled
-Setting Madden graphics to Low
-Switching Madden to Windowed mode
-Turning V-Sync off
-Leaving Intel Low Latency Mode off
-Reinstalled Madden 27 through Steam

The main symptom is that Madden reaches the loading screen before gameplay and then loads indefinitely instead of entering the game. It does not appear to be an internet/server problem because this is occurring in offline Franchise.

Has the development team seen this behavior specifically with Intel Arc A-series GPUs / the A750? Is there a known driver version, graphics option, shader issue, DirectX issue, or workaround that is recommended for Arc users?

If there are any logs or diagnostic files that would help identify where Madden is hanging, please let me know what to provide.
