Madden NFL 27 Superstar Career — Entire Game Progression lost

I’m reporting a serious progression-saving issue in Madden NFL 27 Superstar Career Mode.

After completing a game with my free safety, the postgame progression screen showed that I had earned enough GOAT points to surpass 26,000 and reach Superstar status. However, when I returned to the Superstar hub, none of my progression from that game was saved.

Issues I’m experiencing:

1. GOAT Score Reset: My GOAT score was 23,650 before the game. After the game, it exceeded 26,000, and I received the Superstar promotion on the postgame screen. When I returned to the hub, my score reverted to 23,650.
2. Missing Cap Breakers: I was supposed to receive four cap breakers for reaching Superstar status, but they were never awarded.
3. Missing Interception: I recorded an interception during the game that should have brought my season total to 14 interceptions. However, the interception was never added to my season statistics.
4. Entire Game Statistics Missing: None of my statistics or progression from that game were recorded. It’s as though the game never counted, despite completing it and seeing the postgame progression results.
5. Restarting Does Not Fix the Issue: I completely restarted Madden NFL 27, but my GOAT score, missing interception, and Superstar rewards were still not restored.

This is extremely frustrating because I’m investing time into progressing my Superstar character, earning achievements, and unlocking cap breakers. I completed the game and earned the rewards legitimately, but the game failed to save any of my accomplishments.

I’m requesting that EA investigate why completed Superstar Career games are not saving statistics, GOAT progression, and earned rewards.

I would also like to know whether my missing game statistics, GOAT points, Superstar promotion, and four cap breakers can be restored without having to replay games or restart my character.
