MUT TEAM NAME LOCKED NEED RESET AFTER WARNING APPEALS NO HELP, NEED HELP

EA has now denied another appeal despite my opening sentence explicitly stating that I am NOT asking to overturn the warning and that i just need my team name unlocked / reset as it is currently locked as the flagged name and wont let me change it. The appeal response again did not address the MUT team-name restriction. EA Advisors Prakash and Mayank both told me that the enforcement team is able to give me an option to change the team name / that I could create a new case, but EA Help provides no way for me to do so. I have also cleared the EA App cache with no change and tried to create a new case but there is no possible option to do that. Can an EA Community Manager or Madden/MUT team member please advise who can actually investigate the backend restriction preventing my MUT team from being renamed?
