Online Head 2 Head

I have been unable to play any online head to head games since the game came out. I have deleted the game multiple times and reinstalled but still unable to play any online games. My roommate can perfectly fine. I will be in the loading screen searching for 10 plus minutes and still no match when people are clearly searching for a match.
