I purchased step 1 of the legends step offer for the coins. It shows step 2 to purchase. It is greyed out. It says to purchase the previous step but it already was.
I have closed the game and re opened. Opened other packs and done challenges to sync the game. Nothing works.
I'm on Playstation. Has this been resolved for anyone?
Same here. I purchased w/ green. Start the ticket of course they just apologized and told me how they understand. What an inconvenience. It is blah blah blah BSBSBS. If it was something we were winning on they would’ve fixed it 10 minutes later. I hope they enjoy their holiday cause they screwed mine up. Y’all could give me the Luke Kuechly for free and my money back and I still wouldn’t buy this game next year!

Same here. I can't purchase beyond step one. I cleared my cache and everything but still stuck.
