Trick or Treat CPU Event Level 4 Crashes on Launch

UPDATE 10/25/2026 — Requested Troubleshooting Completed / Issue Persists

EA_Shepard, thank you for acknowledging and investigating this issue.

I completed your recommended troubleshooting on Xbox Series X.

1. Removed ALL Most Feared player content from my Ultimate Team lineup.
2. I have NEVER used Season EVO.
3. Attempted to launch Most Feared Trick or Treat Level 4 again.
4. Received the exact same server error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

The issue persists even with all Most Feared content removed.

Original incident: October 22, 2026, approximately 1:30 PM ET.

Affected event: Lv4 FINAL: Abyssal Parkway #1988.

Platform: Xbox Series X

These cases contain my account information, previous troubleshooting, screenshots, and technical reports.

I have also previously restarted the event, replayed the earlier levels, and earned another Level 4 entry. The same failure returned.

All other Ultimate Team content continues to function normally.

Can the Madden development team reference my existing EA Support cases to obtain the account information and troubleshooting history needed for further investigation?

If additional account identifiers are required, I would be happy to provide them through a private message.

With Week 2 ending October 29, I would greatly appreciate any further assistance or updates on the investigation.

Removed all upgraded MF cards still unplayable.
The bug for me is Level 3 100 and I now have 4 keys to said area.

after attempting to enter Level 3 100 simply moves me to the title screen and says The servers can’t complete the request try again later. 

This leaves me completely halted as a non head2head player as I prefer to play cpu events  and grind challenges to simply better my team. 

Killed my candy momentum I had as well so maybe a little reward or make right would be nice but as it’s fixed soon who am I to complain.

Problem started Thursday, 10-22-2026 around 1pm central.

Server error

when I attempt to play the most feared trick or treat CPU event level 4, I got kicked to the main menu with a message "our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later". This kicks me completely out of ultimate team.

I haven't had any issues editing or viewing my lineup and I have removed EVOs and most feared cards. Nothing lets me access level 4.

Thank you in advance! Would love if there was some kind of make-right for this issue, as I have lost opportunity in a limited time event to earn candy and the Terry mclaurin most feared card

I believe problem started 10/22/2026

Whenever I try to play most feared trick or treat CPU events level 3 #150 I get kicked to the main menu with the error message “Our servers cannot process your requests at this time. Please try again later.” 

I have tried removing all most feared and EVO cards from my lineup but I still get the same error when I try to play most feared level 3 #150 

this has made it really hard for me to grind candies as I don’t play h2h game modes so maybe a make right would be appreciated but I’d be grateful for it just being fixed swiftly
