Verification code email
I’ve been trying to play Madden 27 since its release, but I’ve been unable to do so because the verification code keeps refusing to be sent to my email. I need to change my email address, but the process is incredibly difficult, and it seems like you guys make it hard to get in touch with someone..

If you're not receiving a verification email from us, can you please give the following troubleshooting steps a try:
- Navigate to your inbox Settings > Junk Mail (for Hotmail) or Settings > Filters and Blocked (for Gmail) and make sure [email protected] is a safe sender or an unblocked address
- Locate an email from [email protected] and allow images to be displayed
- Send a reply to an email from [email protected]
Afterward, if you're still not receiving the verification code or have already tried the above to no avail, you can connect with our live support team to change the email address associated with your account or add a secondary email address to receive verification codes.
