We want money back (Madden 27 sucks)
Its mind boggling EA sports hasn't fixed all these issues for Madden 27. Complete garbage. You cant play anything on it with the game freezing or crashing. I will never buy another Madden game again.

Normally I would say there is no way you are getting a refund, but this year you just might be able to because, for some of us, we literally cannot play the game. I feel like a little communication would go a long way. It is ok to say you don’t know how to fix it yet. But saying nothing is the worst thing a company can do and that is ALL ea does is say nothing. This model never works. But this is how it has always been and always will be until someone completely changed the entire culture at EA.
Yea I totally agree. I should of read all the problems before I bought the game and really think we buyer's should do that for all EA games. Once they see their sells go down, maybe there will be changes.
I just tried to get a refund and was denied. I thought if there was ever going to be a year they would do it, it would be this year. I am now furious, so check out my x account for more information. I have looked over the rules and guidelines and this post is not in violation of anything listed.
