An opinion on EVO's from a mostly offline player
Just a few things I've noticed and how I feel about EVO's.
Evo's are a cool idea but they just don't feel good. It felt way better last year to simply claim your season BND players and upgrade them to max and actually see them improve in the stats that are important.
Spending coins to reroll attributes doesn't feel good and just feels like another way to try and slowly steal players coins in yet another type of casino.
It feels stupid to EVO/upgrade a card from "X" OVR to "X" OVR and realize that even though this 72 just became an 82, they actually didn't get any useful attributes. (ie: didn't get any speed and maybe 2 accel, yet you have to spend 18k to reroll at max)
EVO's take away from players having unique attributes that more so fit that player.
EVO's would feel much better if you simply just got +1 or +2 to all important stats instead of a giant gamble and a "not this time so time to throw coins down the trash and hope I get the stats I want next time".
I've actually started to stay away from doing any EVO's now that I see how they work and how its very likely you WONT get speed and I believe its designed this way, almost like the pack odds where the 85+ is 6% chance or whatever, it feels like speed can be very likely to even roll +1 when you upgrade a player 12 times and never see speed get +1.
Overall EVO's to me just don't feel good this year and something I'm not looking forward to in the future unless they system is improved a ton.
