Nintendo ranked mut lag

Was doing well head to head ranked hitting heroes 3 grinding on my way to champion on Nintendo but now every match is input lag of up to 10 seconds unplayable and getting losses losing my rank. Spent money creating a great team and now bc of my rank im getting hit with players causing me to lag.  I need support ASAP to get rid of these losses
