Can’t get into my madden 27 mut lineup

Can you MUT devs please fix my account with sending a hot fix to my account 

I need a forced reset from a mut senior specialist to fix this issue.

"Hello, I am experiencing a hard-locked server-side roster desynchronization on my Madden 26 MUT account. My local lineup data has a mismatched active-player chemistry loop that crashes the game with a server error every time the UI attempts to fetch the lineup screen.

I have already attempted all standard user troubleshooting, including clearing the console cache, deleting local save data, unlinking/re-linking my account, and using the Item Binder to force cards off the team. The error is stuck on the backend server.

Please escalate this ticket to a Senior Support Specialist or Studio Advisor with database permissions to perform a forced backend lineup reset on my account, or clear the cached player data currently stuck in my Specialist/Strategy slots."
