Challenges are not loading but game still runs

Hey, folks

We have this jotted down, and the tutorial bug link was reviewed. If this is happening in other areas, or the same area, we need the info from the pinned message so we can pass that along.

Thanks!

It’s not the tutorial bug, it’s when we click on the challenges tab… I keep trying to post a video but it won’t let me.

to summarize completely. I load up the game and click on “ultimate team” then click on “challenges” following that the game sits on a blue screen (the background for ultimate team) with my coins/level/points all visible in the top right with the games soundtrack playing. I can’t do anything from there but the game is not stuck it just doesn’t show any of the available challenges and I need to restart the game from there. Does that make senseEA_Shepard?

Can you please check this forum again? Still broken, thanks please do something rather than ask for a description again. I’d like to speak on the phone

qxof95gpjx63 Hey, so with this one, I have sent it over to the team as it was similar to the tutorial bug, but it seems to be the challenges themselves.

If players are still having this issue, I need them to provide us the information in the pinned message. That is a must for us as that is the first thing dev teams ask for on any bug that is reported we send up.

I sent my info to you, did you get all the stuff you needed? I haven’t heard back

qxof95gpjx63 Hey, so this was sent over to have them look at, as it seemed to be more challenge-related for most and not the tutorial. I have not seen an update on it yet, other than what is floating around with the workarounds players have tried.

EA_Shepard I mean is there anything I can do in the mean time? You guys are dropping content daily and I’m just missing out on this as are other players. I don’t understand why it’s a yearly issue. It took a very long time to fix last year

qxof95gpjx63 Not that I have seen. I have asked about it, but I am waiting to see what info is on it. I'll update the list once I do have more info or steps players can do on their end.

Hey folks

When you get a chance, will you test the following for me and let me know once they are complete? Also, let me know if they have any effect on this.

In-Game
Generate a new lineup in UT
Remove any special players or upgraded players

Console
Xbox - clear Alt Mac Address
Manage Games and Apps - delete reserved space and profile

PS
Unplug for two min, plug it back in, and go back in the game

Unplug your network modem/router for 2 min.
Plug it back in and test the game.

I will try it right now cause mines still not workingEA_Shepard
