Coin Loss

I had my child log onto my Madden 27 Ultimate Team account and spend around $1.8 million coins re-rolling evos to "Help me get better plays.". I reached out to EA support and they told me that there was absolutely no way that support could assist me. I recognize that not having better control over the account to prevent this from happening all together and this is entirely my fault. With that being said I am curious if there is any way to have at least part of my coin amount reimbursed as I have spent a decent amount of real life money to acquire the  coins through packs and step up offers. Losing that many coins hurts the progression of my team a lot, as well as being able to continue engaging with future content drops.
