Madden squads can’t play

I have a problem if I invite my friend AND we select any roles it works but if he invites me or either of us select ANY roles if either of us invites it loads in and then to main menu and says error server cannot process request we’ve tried everything resetting line ups restarting game and system ect PLEASE HELP!!
