Update: This has been confirmed resolved by the studio team. If you have not, please check the steps and make sure everything is correct on your end.
Can you please exit UT - then close the game.
Wait about 10 seconds, go back in, check the store - your binder and open packs.
If the pack does not show up, close the game down again completely.
Log in to the companion app, and make sure you choose the right persona if you have more than one.
Check and see if the pack shows up.
