Re: Auction House Stuck Expired and Delayed Items

EA/Madden Team — please acknowledge this issue and provide a permanent fix for cards becoming locked after an Auction House listing expires.

Additionally, please consider implementing a "Recover Expired Auction" function or automated inventory reconciliation that returns any card associated with an expired/failed auction to the owner's binder.

Players invest considerable time and resources into Ultimate Team. We expect the Auction House to accurately track and return our items when transactions are completed or expire.

Please investigate this issue, communicate the known status of the bug, and provide a timeline for a fix.
