Legend step up offers locked after purchasing the first step

Legend promo came out at 9:30 and I purchased the first step of 7 for the legend step up token which is 4 steps deep. After the first step offer I purchased for 150k coins, it says the 2nd step is still locked over 2 and a half hours later. No answer from madden nfl direct or anyone about it. I don’t know why it would be locked and then give me no option to buy anything else to unlock it.

    It’s because EA is trash and they don’t care about these types of issues. It will be fixed later and EA will not mention it or make anything right with people who waited all week to buy the step up packs only to wait hours for EA to do nothing It’s nothing new with them, one day when we all stop buying from them maybe they will care.
