Missing 10 win Most Feared H2H rewards

I won 10 games in the Most Feared H2H All-Pro free event but never received 10 win rewards. EA help chat said to post about it on here to get it fixed. Can someone please help me?

    nopol9 Hey,

I am afraid that sending you to the forums was not the right place. CMs do not handle missing content claims. We are not live support so we cannot verify your account or grant content. All of that is done through this link: Find Missing Content

    Thanks
