MUT Ranked error

I got to champion level on h2h ranked season 2. I went back to it today when the new season had already started and I was not able to get my reward. I played a game and lost, and it knocked me down to hero then gave me the reward and changed me to unranked. This needs to be fixed so I can get the champion level card I earned.
