Missing Event Rewards Due to Banner Display Issue

I checked before it closed stayed up all day my banner was glitched and I didn't think too much of it because surely they wouldn't screw their customers like this. My username is itossdots notice how it says 85 yet I'm still champ. I tried to do it the right way by going to the advisors but they're useless AI. I have spent so much time for this just for them to basically screw me over and not help because they don't feel like it. I guarantee if it was their money that was lost they would fix it within 15 minutes. This is a disgusting way to tend to your customers, NOOOOOOO SUPPORT AT ALL.

    I lost a tough one to you recently, gg and congrats on top 100. I also didn't get my rewards and I'm sorry you haven't gotten yours, you sure earned them.

    Hey folks

    For any event rewards or champion rewards, this would go through Live Support. The chatbot cannot resolve this one, as it requires an investigation into the account.

    Here is a breakdown of each one and how they work when you are missing rewards

    Head-to-Head (H2H) Ranked Rewards: Wait up to 24 hours for the system to process and distribute missing rank cards, or play another H2H game to trigger the reward delivery (though be careful not to drop out of your tier if you lose).

    Twitch Drops & MCS Rewards: Verify that your EA and Twitch accounts are properly linked, confirm you claimed the drop on Twitch, and check your Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) binder or unopened packs. If it was a known delivery outage (such as the Kendal Daniels drop), check @MaddenNFLDirect for live status updates.

    Collector Series / Spotlight Champions: Make sure you have accumulated the required number of tokens (such as 25 weekly spotlight tokens) and manually redeemed them in the Item Sets filter rather than looking for an automatic grant.

    General Missing Content: Restart your system, check your Unopened Packs and MUT binder, or submit a report via the EA Help Missing Content Tool if currency or packs fail to appear after 24 hours

    When it comes to missing rewards, the only time we really intervene is when the masses are missing rewards and then we pass it to the studio. We cannot actually perform any type of investigation on the forums.
