MUT problem with connecting

I have been able to be the defensive captain, but not the offensive captain. Every time I load to be the offensive captain I get sent back to the main screen with an error stating our servers cannot process your request at this time. If I am the defensive captain, I am able to play the game but not when I’m offensive.
