No drops received

Ive been on twitch all week claiming drops and have yet to receive a single drop since the Wednesday night. The EA support chat doesn’t work either, when trying to connect me to a live person or create a case. Very annoyed about this and I’m not a fan of wasting time to get rewards just to not get them. What’s the solution?

    I watched the stream and receive my Bobby Wagner, but did not receive the candy bars to power him up and have been dealing with the sports dragging their feet ever since then. I filed a report twice and have not received any answers.
