Sever issue

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your connection issues. Obviously, that's incredibly frustrating. We have an article with some connection troubleshooting steps. Let's see if any of those help. Also, if you're using a wireless connection, try switching to a wire. That will normally provide for a much more stable connection.

I have a wired connection lan cable it’s not my WiFi madden 27 and college football are the only games I have this issue with. It’s a bug in the game that needs to get fixed. It keeps happening and I get the lost everytime I disconnect. Game is unplayable at the moment with this going on. Needs to be addressed on the next patch asap 

There’s multiple people that have this issue and it still hasn’t gotten addressed or fixed. It needs to get fixed asap. Address it to the madden team and have them look into it. It’s not my WiFi I have a weird connection and my WiFi works fine. 

This is outrageous. I will demand a refund for this game if this isn’t fixed soon really frustrating. It just happened twince in a row can’t even finish a game without it disconnecting me. I will demand a refund if this isn’t fixed period. Very poor management on your end by not having this fixed. 

Back to back game within 5 minutes. Really frustrating 

Can you confirm you're wired? You keep mentioning WiFi. That would mean you're on a wireless connection. Just want to make sure there's an ethernet cable from your console to the router.

We're not aware of any bugs that are causing a disconnect mid-game, but will keep monitoring for them. Did you try alternate DNS settings as mentioned in the connection troubleshooting steps?

Yes I can confirm I have a wired connection. Connected from my ps5 to my router. Yes I have tried alternate DNS setting and didn’t work. 

Now that you guys are aware of it pleas fix it. There’s multiple people that have reached out on X with the same problem it isn’t just me. It the severs that need to be addressed. 

We're not aware of any issues with the game/servers causing disconnects, but will keep watching out for them. In the meantime, I recommend you try the connection troubleshooting steps I mentioned and contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

So I am gonna take it as you guys ain’t gonna fix it which is ridiculous. I already have told you it’s not my WiFi I play other games too and madden and college football are the only games where I get disconnected.
