When will I be able to play MUT27 Online?

I play through the Xbox Hub on my Samsung TV. Since I’m unable to access the trial run through my Surface Pro 11, I’m left out of accessing anything. Is there a timeframe for players like me to expect that we’ll be able to play online again?
