Spencer Brown Upgrade

I’m unable to upgrade my RT Spencer Brown with the Beard Oil  … The Beard oil collectible does not appear when I’m attempting to exchange it and when I attempt to look in my binder that has 8 collectibles at the moment  I get an error message … Please advise on the fix for this error

.

Sincerely,

James Cox
