Still nothing on Legends Step Up offer?!?!?!

I’ve been waiting since last Saturday. My money has been tied up. I’ve lost coins because of a malfunction in your store now I’m going to have to spend another $50 to get the next step up token and y’all haven’t even addressed the situation. I’ve started a case it says, waiting on Player when I clearly told them to keep the case open because no resolution has been found. It’s a wide issue on the Internet so I know you know about it but the fact you don’t address it is disgusting.
