Ultimat team squads

A friend of mine and I have been playing Squads perfectly fine, and on day it just won't let us load in to a game with each other but it will let us go in with other friends. Any reason why we are the main people that play squads and we dont know why it won't let us. We have tried resetting the game, our x box’s, and uninstalled then reinstalled the game and still nothing. Please help we do spend a lot to keep up with everyone and this just sucks.  Please help.
