Community ManagerHave you all tried reaching out to our Support team to determine whether this could be account related? I'm not sure if if you're getting this on other EA games, but there are limitations on accessing online features for child accounts. That error message is related to strict privacy settings for PlayStation, so it's possible an account setting is restricting access.

Yes. That’s the first place in checked. The customer support said I should be able to as they checked on the account. I then just deleted his accounts and gave him
mine with no restrictions and it still didn’t work. Sony then said to check with ea and ea said to check with Sony. Not sure where to go from here.
