0/500 snaps in hidden dev. Stuck, does not count, and cannot manually unlock

I am in a franchise league with legends rosters, and we are trying to upgrade the legends into de traits. The game seems to register them as rookies with 0/500 

snaps no matter what we do. Change contract year, make normsl back to superstar, make star back to superstar, change positions, anything. If always says 0/500 dev. How do I fix this?
