10 hour trial Q

Dear all,

I am not sure if this is a normal thing - I own EA play membership and my game is on "trial". I am pretty sure that it used to be unlocked and that I played for more than 10 hours trial. However few days ago I logged in and it says "less than 2 hours remaining. 

So is this a normal thing and Madden 22 is not included in EA play? Or is something wrong with it?
