I played a game after my starting linebacker came back from injury and this bug did not occur. It usually happened several times a game so the bug must have occurred because of the injury.
A new season in Franchise and the same linebacker was injured and the bug occurred again a couple times in a game.
Another season of Franchise and the bug occurs when running Nickel 3-3-5 wide. The ROLB position is bugged. I'm in practice now and my starting WR is in at the ROLB spot. I did a game earlier and my LE would take the position leaving his position empty.
Also there are no injuries this time but I just traded away my starting ROLB and am starting a rookie at the spot. I checked formation subs and my starting ROLB is slotted for that position in that formation.
