@hombreh I've recently read about this issue reported by another player (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/There-are-10-players-on-offense/m-p/9928421#M7816). hopefully your good analysis will help the dev team to solve this issue.
Hey I found a thread where someone had the same exact issue only on madden 20. So apparently the bug carried over to 21 ( https://answers.ea.com/t5/Madden-NFL-20/10-man-on-field-for-defense/m-p/9142914/highlight/true#M20796 )
