14 day suspension now 15... Last madden purchase for me

    I can see the ban was enacted 14 days ago. You're welcome to contact an advisor to have them check on this as well. To do that, try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you.

I see the ban was put in place 14 days ago. You should have access back within 24 hours.

    @EA_Aljo no I was banned on Monday the 1st I have pictures. So this is how I get an answer? I’m more concerned that I’m going to get banned again for no apparent reason? What did I do wrong? How can I correct this or how can I present my case? Do you see the glaring issues here? I know I’m not alone, I can send some popular YouTube TDs and who’ve had similar issues with y’all. Do you have any answers for these ?s
