2 Issues - Launching and Crashing
Hi, kindly asking EA's assistance on these issues -
1. Not the biggest problem but game crashes when I launch it in Fullscreen. I can launch it when I press 'alt-tab' when it's busy loading on startup. So there is a workaround but I'd still like to resolve the issue because when it does crash in full screen it requires me to completely restart my PC.
2. This is the biggest issue that causes in-game problems. Usually during or after loading of a game. Game crashes and gives me a 'DirectX Error'. I've tried to search through forums and youtube, etc but I can't seem to get a fix for it. Very frustrating. Took a screenshot and attached it, please have a look.
