2 player Same Console Franchise Madden 22
Can't seem to play 2 controllers on same console on Franchise mode. Any suggestions for Xbox user?

I don't believe so I think this was a change back in Madden 19 or earlier.
You can do this for an offline franchise but you both can't be on the same team. You can add multiple owners to an offline franchise that you can control.Does Madden 23 offer multiple GM's in 1 franchise? I have 2 brothers and we like to control the teams and play against each other.
This is so bad. I was looking forward to running a franchise with my sons. Way to run one of the best parts of this game.
Literally just tried to do this with my son. Beyond disappointing. Bought a second controller just for this reason
