2 player Same Console Franchise Madden 22
Can't seem to play 2 controllers on same console on Franchise mode. Any suggestions for Xbox user?

I don't believe so I think this was a change back in Madden 19 or earlier.
You can do this for an offline franchise but you both can't be on the same team. You can add multiple owners to an offline franchise that you can control.
