4k LG TV - Madden 19 - Weird Issue

Hello.  I am playing the PC version through Origin Premier from my PC to an LG UHD 4k TV thru HDMI. I have 3 monitors total, but I turn one off and Windows+P to second monitor only (which is the TV) ...

I cant play Madden 19 on my 4k LG TV. Madden decides to shut HDR off on my TV and causes a purple-ish screen but is clearly still trying to send and HDR signal. I can only play in 1080p which sort of works but displays with Dolby Vision and not HDR10. I can't possibly uninstall or reinstall anything else. Windows is in HDR until Madden turns on and then does its own thing and turns it off.

Same with my TV, works fine on monitor, but not on TV. I've turned off Nvidia 3d (which worked in the past with other games with this issue, so give it a try) but it does nothing here for me.

I turned off HDR on my Tv as well, but same issues.  Wasted an hour of my trial so far trying to fix this.
